Consulting activities of our company concentrates mainly on providing help in:
- realizing investments (especially construction investments) in CIS countries (mainly Russia) by Polish real estate companies
- getting access to such projects for interested companies
- sourcing new deals in Russia
- organizing credits needed for fulfilling investments in Russia.
So far several Polish companies participated in construction investments accomplished in Moscow and other cities of Russia..
Now we are sourcing new investment deals in the area of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Saratov and other cities. Polish companies will be involved in them as a contractors.
We also are providing consulting services in Poland. We specialize in conducting renting, selling and purchasing real estates operations for foreigners, mainly English and Russian speaking.
We provide our clients complex legal advice and notarial service of the transaction. We assist in getting a preferential rated loan.
We do property appraisals and intermediary services in real estate operations. We work in cooperation with tax advisors, real estate appraisal experts and estate administrators.
